What inspires me to paint is a need to put something I see or feel on canvas.   It could be the way the sunlight is shining on a tree a building or an interesting subject.   I’m not attracted to any certain thing even though most are landscapes and nature, it’s whatever catches the mood or the eye, I will occasionally paint abstracts.   Many times I paint on location or from something I see when taking a walk or a drive.
