I discovered photography during a low point, later in life. I started cycling and realized that everything looked so interesting to me and I found myself stopping very frequently to take a shot. I moved from using the camera on my cell phone to a point-and-shoot camera and finally to my trusted Nikon D7200 (love it!). I love taking pics of nature, landscapes, Chicago (where I live) ,Miami (LOVE North and South Beach), architecture, abandoned buildings, trees, or anything that catches my eye. One of my favorite things in life is traveling. You can see so much through the eyes of the lens! I hope you see and sense how amazing the world has been created through God's hand!
I live in the Midwest so some days are pretty bleak. We may go many days with no sun. My motto and challenge is 'If I can't find something interesting to capture, even on the bleak days, then something is wrong' Enjoy!!
