Dany del Pino Rodriguez was born in Havana, Cuba. He studied pedagogy at a Cuba's university of Cuba. After he started to study the photography because he saw the posibilities of this tool for developing his research project about the society. Since that time, hi has coursed a lot of postgrades linked with the visual arts and the photography. He was member of the photographic project 'F8'. Currently he is member of the visual arts project '3stado Solido'. In 2017 he won the 'Raul Corrales' scholarship, this is one of the most importat scholarship that the Cuban state gives to the national photographers. Also in 2018 he got the top 10 of the WIN FOTO COMPETITION and in 2017 he got the special mention at the Children category of the Havana Times Photo Contest. Currently he works like photography prfessor at the Technology University of Havana, where he teachs photography to architecture students.
