Welcome to my gallery. I am Daniel Butler, born in Okeechobee, Florida. I have been, since I was old enough to walk and comprehend my surroundings, interested in the wonders nature constantly provides. My father Hall of Fame/ Highwayman artist 'Robert Butler', was the main influence in my desire to become an artist. I remember fondly the family outings we all [11 of us], enjoyed so much. Hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking were activities we looked forward to after school. To me, there's nothing better than an early fog filled walk in the woods, standing still listening to the quiet around me, smelling the rich earthiness. From those early years with my father, I have loved being an artist, hoping it shows in every painting!. Most of my clients have to this point been private collectors throughout Florida and Georgia. This year I plan to broaden my endeavors and offer more of my art to the public.
