StratoArt is the art of Dale Jackson.
Ever since he was little, he has always loved drawing airplanes.
In the 1990s, Dale served in the United States Air Force as a KC-135 crew chief. He was privileged to paint squadron nose art on five lead KC-135 aircraft at Fairchild AFB as well as nose art on an F-15 Eagle of the Oregon ANG. After Dale served honorably with the Air Force he worked as a graphic designer in California. He gained nearly fifteen years of experience working as a graphic designer in Southern California and also worked in video production, maturing his skills in 3D modeling, video special effects, sound design and 2D and 3D animation.
Today Dale resides in the Dayton, Ohio area working professionally as a Graphic Designer, Photographer and Video Production specialist. After work, he loves to relax by drawing and painting a variety of subjects, especially military aviation, but also including landscapes, seascapes, and raptors.
Dale specializes in acrylics, oils and watercolor painting. He also loves engaging in detailed pencil illustrations of military aircraft. Dale is also adept at 3D modeling and animation. Hobbies include, photography, scale modeling, listening to good music having fun playing video games with his sons. He loves spending time with his wife and sons.
