I've been writing a travel & nostalgia column for 'Lancaster Guardian' since 2014 and began this endeavour whilst living in Lecce - down in Italy's heel - as a TEFL teacher.   I took great pleasure in taking photos of the beautiful baroque town and other parts of southern Italy I visited such as Gallipoli and Barletta.   Since then I've also visited the Scottish highlands several times and love capturing the stunning sea and mountain views which strike at every turn.   I enjoy both rural and urban beauty, and have taken images of interesting architecture on my travels too.   In...more
