MEDIUM: Acrylic on canvas.
CANVAS: The sides are painted in a continuation of the painting itself so a frame is not necessary. The painting benefits from being twice coated with a protective gloss varnish.
SIGNATURE: My initials and the year of painting are on the underside of the lower right-hand corner and my signature is on the reverse of the painting.

Many thanks Mary. This simple piece, with bright but cold colours, has drawn a widely favourable reaction, more than I thought it would for its cool simplicity. The trees were reproduced using actual dogwood, and the colour replicated, but with a larger sense of scale.
