As I look through this window, I think of all the memories that were made by the people who used to live here many years ago. As the horsehair plaster peels from the lathes and the house slowly returns to the earth, I wonder about all the people who have looked out this window before me at a much different world. What were their thoughts, their aspirations, their frustrations and heartaches?

very striking work, Sam, and an insightful thought in the description. how cool and mind bending to think that someone stood right there, and looked right out that window, and while a lot of things looked the same, and they probably had a lot of the same thoughts, it was a totally different world?
