Description
It seems that no matter where I walk or drive or visit, I am always on the lookout for a photograph. I look to the large, grandiose photograph, but I also look for the subtle and inconsequential photograph that adds to the overall feeling of our adventure. This photograph was taken in my woods while cutting down our Christmas tree. I admired the light, blue snow and the tiny water droplets adhering to the white pine needles. The White Pine Tree is Maine's State tree. I have them growing all over the land that my ancestors settled in 1855. They are sweet and often overlooked at pieces of art and landscape....mainly because they grow everywhere. It's easy to find magic in everyday and common place experiences. Give it a try! And as I always say, there is magic to be found in your own back yard!
