Description
This photo was taken from a moving ferry in the Aegean sea between Skiathos and Skopelos, Sporades Islands, Greece, September 2021. I took a series of slower shutter-speed (and thus over-exposed) photos of the waves, to try and capture the effect of speeding through the water. This one was 1/15 second, hand-held. The day was moderately windy, causing a certain amount of wave activity. Colour photograph with digital editing and digital paint effect. Also available as photograph without the paint effect.
