Little Watchdog perched high atop the Date Palm, clutches a very tiny piece of palm branch, and peers at any intruder in his little territory. The blue sky shines through the palm branches as they slight breeze moves the fronds around. Such a pretty sight.
In this photo, you can see exactly how tiny these little birds truly are. The immature date, which will not grow in our area, is small, but you can easily tell how tiny the bird is, in comparison to the date.
