Description
Timing a sunset on a road trip takes considerable calculation. After we crossed the mountain pass at Shasta, on our way to Death Valley, we decided to stop by for a sunset over Walker Lake. The color of the water, orange-red glow on the dark clouds, and the dramatic rock face made it a perfect unplanned sunset. This was on Rt 95 in Nevada, by the way.
