View From Behind Of Flexing Ruby-thraoted Hummingbird
Photograph - Photo
Photographic artwork by Cindy Treger. Photographed near Lake Meade, East Berlin, PA. This is a view from behind of a ruby-throated hummingbird, Archilochus colubris, very actively flexing all of his feathers. If you were unable to see his red gorget, you would know this is a male by his pointed tail feathers, and the fact that they don't have white tips.
I authored and included many of my hummingbird photos in a book titled "Ruby-throated Hummingbird Facts and Photos." It has many hummingbird facts that are sure to fascinate you. It is available through Amazon.
