Description
This is the cover I created for my novel "USING DROUGHT USA". It evolved from a photograph given to me by my friend Gino Tupone. The action, suspense novel is about a US president hoping to win votes in the South West by solving their water problem. His plan is to invade Canada and dam rivers that flow north into the barrens and direct them South to the headwaters of the Colorado River. Things do not go as planned.
