Description
This unique flora photo was the result of zooming in-between a field of wild flowers which was created by the Lower Historic Garden District. The project consisted of two city blocks vacated and a community project to beautify vacant lots. The sacks of wild flower seeds which where presented to the project came of the Lady Bird Johnson wild flower restoration project to beautify Texas highways. Volunteers sowed the seeds by hand after lots were plowed and a new layer of soil was placed.. After the seeds matured the following spring, the fields were ablaze with the most beautiful combination of flowering wild flowers.
