Elias...what is the Locatelli Refuge?... l/f

This is how it is called in Italian "Rifugio Locatelli". It is a mountain shelter for hikers and visitors. At the time of our visit it was closed. But I have seen photos where the shelter was open in the winter time. However, I believe that was something out of the normal schedule, because the shelter is used only during summer and until late September.
