Middlesbrough's Transporter bridge that crosses the river Tees between Middlesbrough on the south bank, to Port Clarence, on the north bank. Construction was started in 1910 and the bridge was opened in 1911. It stands 68 meters high and is 259 meters long. The bridge is the longest remaining transporter bridge in the world.
