Description
This 3 to 1 panoramic image captures Thompson Peak on the Lassen/Plumas County line in Northern California, USA. The shot was captured from atop Bass Hill adjacent to US Highway 395. The weather conditions were very dramatic on this particular February afternoon as a storm system was rapidly moving through. The large grassy area in the lower part of the image is part of a large local cattle ranch, one of many in the area. My home sits near the foot of that gorgeous mountain and Iโm blessed to live in such a beautiful area.
