I like the semi-portrait format, Ken. It always seems to be more effective than the full face. Excellent details and limited palette. Something about theses buddhas, has a grotesque and sinister look. Maybe I Watch to many horror films! A fine watercolor painting.

Hi Ken, I really like this buddha and I think I actually see myself this way sometimes when I meditate. And thank you for the nice comment you made regarding my Tulip Fly-by painting. The man in the front seat of the plane published a crop-dusting magazine and he liked my gorilla paintings, so I put him in one of his byplanes and let my gorilla flying around!
