Description
A variation of this old hinge exists on several built-in cabinets in my 1917 home. I am intrigued by the curves of this hardware. I thought I would put this one on a very red background to make it stand out. Unfortunately, the knobs that accompany the hinges are missing. I imagine they would have been equally as spectacular. The hinge is painted with 18th century reproduction watercolor paint on Arches 140# paper.
