I completed the bound women in a time of struggle, she is blind and bound surrounded by tornado's, a representative of time women struggle with work home life balance, trying to raise kids. We are bound by what is put forth by the world and how we should be in society.

Why I painted this or created this art? I really have no words for why I do art but I will say this, I, as the artist, would like you to make your own opinion about my art. I can say I know the reason I paint something and sometimes it is out of heartache, greaf, anger, regrets, and love. My description will be the same no matter how I try and change it. It took me over a year to write this simple description, and think about why I do art. I enjoy art and hope you enjoy my art as well. Art therapy 😉. THANKS Amber Waltmann.
