The Beautiful Dancer. This beautiful work is a large, (4 x 6 feet, ~ 1.2 x 1.8 meters) palate knife painting, utilizing acrylic paint on a stretched canvas. "The original study for this painting was created during a figure drawing session, after which I received a lot of positive feedback and decided to create a much larger painting. My intent for the painting was to show a contrast between achievement and dedication. This painting has been accepted for exhibit in the "Fall Into Art", juried competition, November 2016 at the Charlotte Art League in North Carolina, USA.

The original painting was exhibited at Spirit Square through July 2017, also called Spirit Square Center for the Arts, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The complex houses McGlohon Theater and the Duke Energy Theater for the performing arts.
