Description
Shown here as a silhouette of a swallowtail butterfly and flowers, this piece started out as a monochromatic paper cutout design which was the first step of a demonstration for an eighth grade art project. I liked the design so well that it was preserved as a black and white piece and then was scanned onto my computer to become the basis for a digitally painted design.
