This was completely created on a digital palette. Procreate was used to create the background with various virtual paints and brushes. Various programs used for mixed media purposes, and this was all done by my hand and mind just as I would on a canvas. Creating a virtual canvas takes much layering just as traditional painting can. Some do not acknowledge digital art. One digital creation like this can take hours and hours of trial and error just as we do on a canvas. Well I have been a mostly self taught traditional artist for many years working with watercolor, pastel, charcoal, and acrylic mediums. Transitioning to the virtual world of digital art is no easy task and requires focus and diligence with a strong willingness to learn. I am self taught in the digital world now and continue to learn. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy creating it.
