Spirit in the Falls, Connecticut. New England Waterfall
I have often felt this waterfall must have been a sacred place to Native Americans and it seems to show up in photos that I take in of this waterfall. In this photo it seems to look like there is a "Spirit in the Falls" where some Native Americans believed there were rock spirits and maybe this could be one here to guard and protect this waterfall and I believe this area is also part of an old Native American trail. If you look close, you can see the face with a strong brow line, strong jaw and there is even a twinkle in what looks like an eye on the right. Thus the title of this photo, "Spirit in the Falls."
