I don't know what it's like where you live, but here in Ohio, it has been HOT! I know, I am a baby about it. There are certainly places that are much hotter than here, but for Ohio to have so many days in the 90s with not a drop of rain, it's unusual. I walk the dog early morning and late evenings and spend the rest of the day going out of air conditioning just long enough to water plants several times a day. I know, there is really nothing to complain about! Being inside has given me more time to go back through some old shots I haven't had the time to work on.

Funny, that I would chose some winter scenes! I hope if you are having a hot spell that this will cool you down a bit! Remember those days when it's too cold to stay outside very long!!

I remember being out on this snowing day and being intrigued by the Yucca plant covered with soft snow crystals. I liked the diagonal patterns those yucca blades made and the sun's casting shadows through them. It's just a simple little winter garden scene that I liked very much!
