Shenandoah Springtime 3
Photograph - Photograph
Springtime rain has the South Fork of the Shenandoah running high and muddy in this cloudy-day image. On days like this, in the early spring, you could almost mistake this for an autumn view, with many of the budding leaves colored in rusty tones and much of the greenery still tinged in yellow. This view is looking down from a ridgeline trail at Shenandoah River State Park in Bentonville, Virginia.
