A seedy, old fashioned block in Chicago loop. This block perplexes me. The buildins are very old. Yet Willis/Sears tower is three blocks away, The Harold Washington Library is two blocks away, The jail is around the corner. The guys that work in Pawn shop are characters. They had a reality tv show infilled in there for about a year.
