I was using a fast film or high ISO to get a good exposure on that dimly lit day, because of the fog or mist when I shot this which explains the grainy look. Gives it that Painterly feel to it. Taken somewhere on the Barnegat Bay Bridge, Toms River to Seaside Heights New Jersey.
