Description
My fascination with dunes continues. We spent three days at Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve in southern Colorado. This image was captured during early morning hours when sun angle was low and we were alone on the dunes. I enjoy the contrast of angles as well as the contrast of light. It's a bit like two images combined; one of the ripples in the foreground and the other of the dunes in the distance.
