Painting - Oil On Canvas
RIPPER is a wilder version of my painting called SHREDDER (also in this gallery). This steezy Ripper is shreddin' the Gnar in an inverted aerial with an Indy grab, busting a 5 and stompin' the landing!
Basically, that's snowboarder slang for: This impressive snowboarder is riding with incredible style and attitude on some gnarly (rugged) terrain, becoming airborne, grabbing the toe edge between the bindings with the back hand, flipping upside down in a 540 degree spin and making a flawless landing. What fun! I love to see these kids enjoying life and nature!
This snowboarding image can be hung vertically and upside down in any direction. It basically shows three positions as a snowboarder performs a trick in the air.
