Description
I walked out of a Pilates class full of women. The instructor had taught a difficult class with the grace and ease of a Russian Ballerina, but everyone else in the class was suffering. I knew better than to grunt or groan in the class, but as I left the class, I saw these hand prints on a concrete wall in the Parking Garage. The hand prints expressed my feelings perfectly ... Release!
