Flying pigs can often be differentiated from other breeds by their unique coloration... some are even blue, like this example. Oh, and they have wings. Dead giveaway, really, as most other porcine breeds are pretty much landbound. Despite the ability to fly, they don't seem to travel much. This one's been hanging around the yard for years. He didn't even try to take off as I approached him with the camera. For a little added character, I've given his portrait a little touch of a vintage, textured finish.
