In 1989 Victoria Falls was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A quick google search tells me they are still operating flights over the falls. Your hotel should have been able to book you on one.

I don't know when you were there Jeff but when I was there in 2010/11 they ware running helicopter rides over the falls from the Zambian side. Thanks for you comment Jeff.
