You have to resist and adapt yourself to this changing world.
Seek out new ways to communicate with others, use todays technology or even bring back the lost art of letter writing.
Writing can be a form of therapy, you dont even have to send it, simply write it and throw it away after venting.
But for your own sake, don't just sit there!
