Description
I have done dozens of paintings of New Bern, North Carolina, a charming little town on the coast of our state. MOST of them are of tree-lined streets and historical buildings; this one is of the old Maola Milk and Ice Cream Plant just outside of town. What attracted me to this scene was that everything in it was WHITE-- the road, the cars, the buildings, the clouds. It is a bit of a clinic on "How to Paint White Stuff."
