Description
These Starfire Oriental Lily flowers have just started to bloom. Some are magnificent in their pink blossoms, others have strong green buds about to open. Lilies (a member of the genus lilium) are flowers grown from buds all of which have large blooms.
I started photographing flowers a few years ago while walking around a pond near my home. I became taken with them. When the winter came, I bought flowers and began to photograph them in my kitchen in a makeshift 'studio'. That way I could indulge my passion for shooting them year round. I hope you like those you see here.
