The Blessed Virgin Mary of Perpetual Help, the patron saint of the most sad and needy people who especially feel the need for love and care. The veneration of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is related to a miraculous picture of Our Blessed Lady, in the Byzantine style, which was brought to Rome toward the end of the 15 century and set up for veneration in the church of Saint Matthew the Apostle.
