Omnipresence is the ability to be present everywhere at the same time. It is not exactly a religious term; however it is used commonly in spiritual doctrines to define a superior, usually a deity figure. In other religions and the Hinduism theory in particular, the transcendent and immanent ubiquity is the divine capacity to be everywhere or in many places at once and it includes unlimited temporal presence. It defines as well as a universal and essential substance, which is the source of all physical existence. To put it bluntly, the divinity is us and we are the divinity. I feel good already ;) Some theologians advocate a deity as having the "Three O's": he knows everything and can be and act everywhere, instantaneously.
