Hi Lil! I just love this. Something is evoked in the sense of beauty and the beast, even perhaps a Scrooge story. It makes me think how everyone no matter how defensive or arrogant or defensive can be tamed with love. It most especially reminds me of some of my street hard students and how I try to be that sounding board for them and also have to check myself to see if I am being judgemental or frustrated with them or am I asking for God's guidance. Everyday there are moments of breakthrough where the intimidating hardened teen becomes the little child in the picture. As though the Horse and the child are one showing two natures. Wow, what an image to conjure all that up in me! FAV and vote. I haven't logged in for a long time, busy with life but hope to get back a little.

Lil, he is so gorgeous. animals recognize the vunerability of small children, we had a stallion that would throw an adult but tip toe with a child, you got his expression perfectly, and the snow is a very nice touch.
