Description

A female American Bald Eagle stood up to carefully reposition the two eggs in her nest. Since the snow fell the other day she has only moved away from it for periods not lasting more than two minutes. After she readjusted the eggs she sat back down on them and shuffled her body around as she settled down over them. Every once in a while during the day she answers to the calls of another eagle that I can hear in the distance. I'll be watching for the chicks to emerge from their eggs. Hope I'm watching at the right time. More photos to be uploaded soon.
