Nasturtium Flower After A Rain
Photograph - Photograph
The beautiful Nasturtium flowers in my Mother’s garden are such pretty tones of lavender and yellow. After a recent small rain shower, the rain drops just clung on to the petals of these flowers.
Nasturtium flowers (Tropaeolum) are actually used for medicinal purposes as it is considered an herb flower. They are used to make teas and for use in soothing sore throats. They contain antioxidants and vitamins as well and can help the immune system. They are native to South America. There are a variety of colors and forms of these pretty and useful flowers.
