An impressionist seascape oil painting of Myrtle Beach with Springmaid Pier in the distance. Myrtle Beach is on the east coast of United States in South Carolina. It is on a stretch of beach known as the Grand Strand. Popular for its subtropical sunny climate, beautiful beaches, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and the Carolina Opry. Springmaid Pier is one of South Carolina's longest piers and is very popular for fishing and viewing the Grand Strand.
