If you follow my photography you may have noticed I have a thing for clouds hanging low over and into the mountains. To me there is just something serene and captivating about it. The clouds tend to have a softening contrast to the hard rock faces of the mountains. I've often referred to this with titles which include words like cuddle, snuggle and blanket. Moist Kiss is another one of those images in which the moisture of the clouds caresses the Santa Catalina Mountains. On this one I have decided to add some texture to the sky to enhance the details in the clouds. That is something else you may have noticed I tend to do often with these types of photos. Most of the time as is the case in this image; I envision it as a black and white from the moment it presents itself to me. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it.
