Description
this pastel drawing is depicting the effect depression can have on a person’s brain and life. In the center is where it all starts, with blurs of anger, pain, and sadness. This combines together to create feelings of confusion, loss of interest,and feeling overwhelmed. As it gets stronger and spreads, it starts to tear into one’s life and mindset more and more. The feelings of sadness are the teeth on the blue teeth of the saw, sometimes coming out as the red of anger or as the blackness of deep inner darkness and despair. It’s tendrils then wrap themselves around even more of the person’s life, spreading anger, pain, darkness, and gloom into all aspects of life, now affecting not just the person’s life, but everyone close to them as well.
