Description
Near Hillsborough New Hampshire, I found this memory of an Autumn long gone. I lessoned the bright colors by desaturation to give this scene an old postcard feel. A rustic neighborhood and this rock wall had a simple wooden gate in it with a lamp to welcome guests. Maple trees and fall colors all around. The sun was low in the sky and we would soon be one the road home.
