Description
Melon Loco (Apodanthera undulata) is a perennial vine that starts growing just before the Monsoon's come. It has a large yellow flower that attracts butterflies, bees, and bugs. The flower gives way to a pale green round gourd. You do not want to mow over these with your riding mower! The vines will seize your blades and the exploded gourds do not smell good.
