Visiting the chapel of the Madonnina della Punta in Bonassola Italy, just north of Cinque Terre, seems to be one of THE things to do in Bonassola. Beachgoing is another and renting bikes to ride the rails to trails path along the coast a third. Accordingly, we rented some bikes in Levanto and took off for the short ride to Bonassola. The chapel is located on a tip of land at the west side of town. It was built towards the end of the 17th century and acquired its front porch during a renovation in 1932. The view from the promontory gives great coastal views of the Cinque Terre regions.
