Two Canada Geese goslings snuggle together and one seems to be taking special care of his "sister." The sweet pair were at Virginia Lake in Reno Nevada.
This photo placed first of 775 entries in the contest "Beautiful Baby Birds," April 2017. Thank you to the sponsor, Anita Faye.
This picture also took first place in the contest Office Art Decor, Macro Animal Contest in October 2015, and second place in the FAA contest "Wildlife" in May 2014. There were 1346 entries in the "List Ten" contest. "Looking out for Sis" is a standard size, 8x10 (4x5 format),and there is no need to pay for custom framing if you just want to order the print. My heart melted a little when I looked at this image. One of the sweetest photos I think I have ever seen.
