Just finished a painting that fellow artist, friend, and Blick Asst. Store Manager, Eric llama, and I worked on together...
Early last yesterday, Eric painted the first 2-3 layers of this canvas piece... then gave it to me to finish off. I immediately added my layers but still, something was missing. So I put it aside; working on it off and on for a few months... and finally, I think it's finished! In all fairness, I should probably take the original to Dick Blick to showcase our collaborative journey.
This collage painting was made using acrylic, inkjet print of drawing on acid free paper, mica, metal, Pebeo mirror effects, water soluble wax pastels, and ink on 16" x 20" wrapped.
